How cards counting influence the blackjack’s basic strategy

So, how do the counting cards change the basic strategy rules? It doesn’t change it at all. The only thing it changes is the bet amount.
A typical systematic player, the player using the cards counting system, makes the minimal bet, when the game is just starting. When the current counting reaches a defined level, for example +4 and higher, the player increases his bets substantially and aggressively doubles the bets. The higher the counting is, the higher your bet must be. The counter uses this information to extract benefits from blackjack, winning some games with high bets, until the deck, as it’s called, is still hot. If the counting falls lower than zero or the deck is being mixed, the counter returns to the minimal bet.
